When you register for an event, we collect the information you provide: first and last name, email address, phone number, sex, primary and secondary positions, and jersey size.

If paid registration is enabled, payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe handles card data directly.

We do not track or profile general visitors to the public site. The only cookie we set is a secure session cookie used to keep tournament administrators logged in.

To process your registration and assign you to a team through the draft.

To organize and run pool play, brackets, and the overall tournament.

To contact you with event details, schedule changes, or important updates.

To process entry-fee payments and issue refunds in accordance with our refund policy.

Team names, schedules, scores, standings, and brackets are displayed publicly on this website.

Your personal contact information (email, phone) is never displayed publicly and is visible only to Elite Draft Series staff.

We use trusted service providers to operate the site: Supabase (database and hosting) and, where payments are enabled, Stripe (payment processing). These providers process data on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of participants and staff.

We retain registration information for as long as needed to run our events and for reasonable record-keeping afterward.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.

Elite Draft Series events are intended for participants 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including restricted administrative access and encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
